Gene Kirtser, President / CEO

Gene Kirtser is President and CEO of ROi. Gene joined the company in 2007 with the goal of helping providers control their supply chain and creating a single-source, fully integrated supply chain model that could change the health care industry. Now, he is leading the company as it collaborates with like-minded health care providers to decode their supply chain. With 20 years of experience in the health care industry, Gene's career has included senior-level roles in finance, operations, sales, marketing and business development on the supplier and provider sides of the health care industry. Prior to joining ROi, Gene worked at Baxter/Allegiance, ChoicePoint Health Systems, Maxxim Medical and SRI Surgical. He earned a bachelor of science degree in finance from Miami University.

Curtis Dudley, Vice President, Integrated Business Solutions

Curtis Dudley is Vice President of Integrated Business Solutions at ROi. Curtis is responsible for optimizing ROi's supply chain functions by utilizing technology and process improvements. He oversees all of ROi's technical functions as well as purchasing, customer service and content management areas of the organization. In his role, Curtis helps identify technology that will enhance supply chain operations and connect the chain to patient care improvements. Curtis has more than 20 years' experience in supply chain and information technology. Prior to joining ROi, he held various positions with Mercy and worked for Bass Pro Shops, where he supervised distribution activities. Curtis is a member of the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM). He also serves as an advisory board member to TECSYS, a leading supply chain management software company and OmniCell, a leading global provider of system solutions to acute health care facilities. Curtis earned an associate's degree in information systems from Rutledge Business College.

JoAnne Levy, Vice President, Integrated Sourcing Solutions

JoAnne Levy is Vice President of Integrated Sourcing Solutions (ISS) for ROi. In her role, she oversees the ISS division, which includes ROi's Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), managing nearly $1 billion in purchasing volume; Performance Consulting; and the Regard™ private-label brand portfolio. JoAnne and her team work with channel partners, GPO members and ROi's other operating divisions to harvest maximum clinical, operational and financial value from the supply chain. JoAnne also serves as ROi's legal liaison. Prior to joining ROi, JoAnne served as vice president of Global Logistics with Covidien/Mallinckrodt in St. Louis. She managed the customer service, distribution, transportation, compliance, and planning functions for Covidien/Mallinckrodt's $1.2 billion global pharmaceuticals business. Before moving into management, JoAnne served in various legal roles focused on controlled substance, environmental, and safety and health law. JoAnne received her undergraduate, law and master of business administration degrees from Washington University in St. Louis.

Scott Nelson, Vice President, Unified Supply Chain

Scott Nelson is Vice President of Unified Supply Chain and is responsible for optimizing Mercy's dock-to-patient supply chain operations. In addition, Scott leads ROi's Process Improvement Team. Scott has more than 13 years of diverse health care experience in areas including finance, marketing, integrated support services and distribution operations. His previous management roles include operational excellence and process improvement through Lean principles and Six SigmaTM, distribution center operations, inventory management, finance/accounting, product marketing, and customer support in both pharmaceutical and medical/surgical distribution. Scott has a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from Miami University. He is also a licensed educator of mathematics with experience teaching at the secondary level.

Carl Schultz, Vice President, Collaborative Solutions

Carl Schultz is Vice President of Collaborative Solutions for ROi. In his role, Carl provides leadership in developing collaborative relationships between ROi and like-minded heath care providers and suppliers. Carl manages all non-Mercy customer relationships and leads ROi's go-to-market strategy to expand the integrated business model that Mercy and ROi developed over the last decade. Carl also serves as the executive sponsor of ROi's non-acute care efforts within Mercy, aligning ROi's supply chain structure and focus to support a new model of health care. Carl joined ROi with 30 years of management and sales experience. For more than 10 years, he worked at Mercy Health Plans, a division of Mercy, including the role of Vice President, Sales and Service. Carl was also responsible for several operational areas within the health plan. Prior to joining Mercy, Carl spent more than a decade with General American Life in diverse sales management and training roles. Carl attended Webster University in St. Louis with an emphasis in business administration and marketing.

Michael Wentling, Vice President, Operations

Mike Wentling is Vice President of Operations for ROi. In his role, Mike provides leadership for ROi's manufacturer-to-hospital dock supply chain operations, including distribution, transportation, inventory management and manufacturing (Custom Pack Solutions, Pharmaceutical Repackaging and Print Solutions). Mike joined ROi after more than 10 years with Johnson & Johnson where he led global initiatives for supply chain planning and integration for Johnson & Johnson's Medical Devices and Diagnostics (MD&D) sector. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Mike worked for Honeywell International, The Black & Decker Corporation and The Quaker Oats Company in positions of increasing responsibility and global scope. Mike has a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Kansas State University and an MBA from Loyola College of Maryland. He is also a certified Black Belt in Process Excellence and APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).

Greg Meier, Executive Director, Finance

Greg Meier is Executive Director of Finance at ROi. Greg is responsible for ROi's financial operations, planning and strategy. Greg joined ROi with more than 20 years of experience in health care and finance at companies such as Express Scripts, Inc., Valitàs Health Services, Inc., and Ernst & Young. His background includes extensive experience in supply chain, pharmacy, primary care, behavioral services, network development and underwriting. Greg is a member of HFMA, the American Institute of CPAs, the Missouri Society of CPAs, Financial Executives International and the Association for Corporate Growth. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and finance from Truman State University.

Bob Callahan, Director, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs

Bob Callahan is Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at ROi. Bob oversees ROi products, services and compliance with international, federal and state regulations. Bob came to ROi with extensive experience in health care manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs and biomedical auditing. His 30-plus years in the health care industry includes work with companies such as Stereotaxis, Siemens Medical Systems and Domilens. Bob's background in quality assurance and regulatory affairs helps ROi produce, coordinate and distribute its own custom products. Bob is certified in regulatory affairs and serves as a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS). He is also a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and a certified bio-medical auditor. Bob holds a bachelor's degree from California State University at Fullerton and an MBA from West Coast University.

Kathie Woehrmann, Director, Marketing & Communications

Kathie Woehrmann is Director of Marketing & Communications for ROi. Kathie is responsible for ROi’s marketing and communications activities, ensuring internal and external communications reinforce the mission, values and goals of ROi. With more than a decade of experience, Kathie’s background includes advertising, legislative advocacy, integrated marketing, internal communications and media relations, including story placements with NBC’s Today Show, CNN and USA Today. Prior to joining ROi, Kathie worked for a strategic communications firm serving a variety of industries including health care. Kathie earned a bachelor's degree in communication at Saint Louis University and an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
