Vance Moore

President

Vance Moore is president of ROi, where he is responsible for leading supply chain management functions from manufacturer to patient bedside, primarily for the Sisters of Mercy Health System based in St. Louis. Vance joined ROi in April of 2002 after 17 years in healthcare with Baxter, Allegiance, Cardinal Health and the healthcare division of the UPS Logistics Group. His career has included operational and sales roles in healthcare manufacturing, distribution, consulting, third party logistics and now provider operations.

Gene Kirtser

Chief Operating Officer

Gene Kirtser is Chief Operating Officer for ROi, where he is responsible for operational oversight of ROi’s Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Consulting Services, Information Solutions and Group Purchasing divisions. Gene joined ROi in June 2007 after 15 years in healthcare with Baxter/Allegiance Healthcare, ChoicePoint Health Systems, Maxxim Medical and SRI Surgical. His career has included senior level operational, financial, sales, marketing and business development roles within healthcare in manufacturing, distribution, service outsourcing and now provider operations.

Rick Salzer

Chief Solutions Officer

Rick Salzer is chief solutions officer for ROi, where he has oversight of ROi’s collaborative services, including contracting work, private label program, custom procedure tray development, and volume aggregation events, as well as the account management, marketing and new business development associated with current and emerging activities. Prior to joining ROi in June 2009, Rick held leadership roles at Fisher Healthcare, a division of ThermoFisher Scientific, Premier, Metro Technologies and Versus Technologies, in addition to seventeen years in multiple sales and marketing roles at American Hospital Supply, Baxter Healthcare and Allegiance Healthcare.

John Black

Vice President, Supply Chain

John Black is vice president of supply chain for ROi, where he is responsible for the management of ROi's supply chain resources, including all aspects of ROi’s Central Distribution Center such as purchasing, inventory management, distribution and transportation, centralized print service operations, pharmaceutical repackaging and custom pack manufacturing. John joined ROi in July 2006, after more than a decade with an industry-leading healthcare distributor where he held roles in hospital inventory analysis, distribution, operations, logistics and transportation management, sales and consulting, and customer service management.

Curtis Dudley

Vice President, Information Solutions

Curtis Dudley is vice president of information solutions for ROi, where he is responsible for optimizing supply chain functions by utilizing technology or process improvement. He assumed his current role in October 2003, after more than 20 years in supply chain and information technology positions with the Sisters of Mercy Health System in St. Louis, where he led a number of key implementations for the health system, including the Lawson supply chain management software, a medication administration safety program, the Tecsys warehouse management system for pharmacy distribution and the Pathways Materials Management system. Prior to joining Mercy, Curtis worked for Bass Pro Shops, where he supervised distribution activities.

Ed Hardin, FACHE, CMRP

Vice President, Account Management

Ed Hardin is vice president of account management for ROi, where he is responsible for building collaborative supply chain relationships between like-minded healthcare provider organizations and the Sisters of Mercy Health System. Ed has more than 20 years of healthcare provider experience. Prior to joining ROi in 2010, Ed worked with several professional services firms, including Alvarez & Marsal, Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young, where he specialized in performance improvement and management solutions for the healthcare provider industry. Prior to his work as a consultant, he worked for Barnes Hospital (St. Louis) and Parkland Memorial Hospital (Dallas). Ed is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Certified Materials & Resource Professional and holds a Masters of Health Administration from Washington University School of Medicine.

Scott P. Nelson

Vice President, Customer Operations

Scott Nelson joined ROi in March, 2009 after over 12 years of healthcare experience in various positions with Baxter and Cardinal Health. His career has included pharmaceutical and medical/surgical distribution roles in operational excellence, operations and project management, finance/accounting, product marketing and customer support. At ROi, his group is responsible for leading the Centralized Purchasing, Customer Service, Master Item File, GPO Operations and Membership, Data Analytics and Decision Support, and Contract Administration functions. ROi has gained recognition as one of the nations most contract compliant group purchasing organization. Additionally, ROi has gained international recognition by being named the Council of Supply Chain Management Professional’s, Innovator of the Year Award for its demonstrated results in linking the supply chain with improved patient safety. ROi was selected from a list of more than forty international nominations and finalist including; IBM, P&G, Kellogg, Dow Chemical, and HP.

Greg Meier

Executive Director, Finance

Greg Meier is executive director of finance for ROi, where he is responsible for financial operations, planning and strategy. Greg joined ROi in 2009, after 18 years of experience in healthcare and finance with companies such as Express Scripts, Inc., Valitàs Health Services, Inc. and Ernst & Young. His background includes extensive experience in supply chain, pharmacy, primary care, behavioral services and underwriting.

Bob Callahan

Director, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs

Bob Callahan is director of quality assurance and regulatory affairs for ROi, where he is responsible for quality assurance for ROi products, services and compliance with international, federal, and state and regulations. Bob joined ROi in March 2008, after more than 30 years in the healthcare industry such as Stereotaxis, Siemens Medical Systems and Domilens. His background includes extensive experience in healthcare manufacturing quality assurance, regulatory affairs and biomedical auditing.
